Over the many seasons I’ve had the privilege to host reality TV, one thing I’m immensely proud of is the amount of support given to participants. Since the earliest, earliest days on Idol to now - the shows I work on do an industry-leading job of off-camera support.
I rarely get a chance to speak about what that looks like, so being able to break open this topic - and then go deep-diving into the reality of making reality was a true delight.
