Kath Koschel is an inspirational human who has faced numerous challenges in her life.
In her mid-twenties, Kath broke her back and had to fight against predictions that she would never walk again. After piecing her life back together, she was hit by a car while cycling and forced to relearn walking once more.
In 2015, she founded the Kindness Factory, a global non-profit organization aimed at inspiring people to perform acts of kindness. So far, over four million acts have been logged, and nearly half a million dollars raised for various charities.
In 2016, Kath embarked on a journey with nothing but the clothes on her back, relying solely on the kindness of strangers. She received the 2016 Pride of Australia Medal for her courage in the face of adversity, the Young Australian Medal in 2017, and served as the National Australia Day Ambassador in 2018.
Kath's life story demonstrates the importance of human connection and the power of kindness. Through her experiences, she has learned valuable lessons about herself and the impact of kindness on the world. As an advocate for kindness, she continues to inspire others to embrace the power of compassion and empathy in their lives.
