Bernard Fanning and Paul Dempsey - Father's Day Special

What would you do if you had nothing to prove?

If you were free to make any project you liked, in whatever shape you liked, to reflect your experience in that moment?

Better yet - what would you do if you got to do all of this with a close mate you’ve known for over 20 years?

That pretty much describes the new music from Bernard Fanning and Paul Dempsey. AKA Fanning Dempsey National Park.

They’re seminal Australian singer songwriters - both have enormous careers and a legacy of music which has been the soundtrack to Australian life for nearly 30 years.

Yet when they team up - the music they make sounds nothing like Powderfinger or Something for Kate - yet is still so very distinctly them.

The guys came over to talk about fatherhood, cricket, mental health and a wonderful diversion into the healing powers of @theofficialnapalmdeath. To listen, search "Better Than Yesterday" where you get your podcasts.
