101 Rules of Showbusiness: Rule number 33

Only you know how hard you’ve worked to make your dreams come true.

We’ve all procrastinated on a deadline, but are we willing to admit how that affected the final outcome?

Have you ever told yourself or those around you, that you ‘tried your best’, but you didn’t succeed?

They probably patted you on the back and told you “it’s ok, next time”
But deep down, only you know that you could have given it more OOMPH!?
What about that relationship that fell apart. DId you actually try your hardest to compromise and meet the person in a reasonable place? Or did you take them for granted and then get to say to your mates “Ah, they broke up with me”.

Only you know if you put in the work (and it’s all work, which makes it worth it). If you can honestly say you left it all on the court, then sleep soundly.

I don’t know about you - but I sleep a lot better after a failure when I know I left absolutely no stone unturned…
